Skydive Proença is ideally situated in the heart of Portugal, close to important cities like Porto, Lisbon, Castelo Branco
Furthermore, we are far from the sea and mountains so that the climate is perfect for operations 98% of the summer and 80% of the winter! Compare that to climates further north!
Proença is less than 200km from Lisbon and Porto with fairly easy connections. It is less than two hours by car from Lisbon and Porto International Airports. There are various buses and trains that can bring you directly to Proença or to nearby cities where we can pick you up.

Our own airplanes guarantee the capacity to fly daily and with a large number of rotations and starts. From time to time, i.e. at busier times of the year or for special events, we have other airplanes available.
Our drop zone has the best skydiving facilities in all Portugal and even Europe. There is a large area with a hanger used for packing, as well as team rooms, parachute school and videos, manifest, office, skydivers shop, the rigging loft, cafeteria, barbecue and finally showers and toilets. Skydive Proença has a large unobstructed landing area that is perfect for students and low-timers.
